I know I usually try to hold back from all my preachings but I don't know how someone can respect themselves if they don't help these causes.

Even if you just vote for Oscar's law (easy and quick, makes you feel like a good person), do something.
Yes there's stuff on there that is disgusting and confronting that you want to pretend is not happening. But get some balls.
